Colombo, Jan 10 (BAN/ AD): On Thursday the U.S. Department of State announced that Alice Wells Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs will be visiting Sri Lanka from January 13-14.
Alice Wells will be holding talks with top government officials and members of civil society. She will be discussing a range of bilateral and regional issues.
After 2 day visit she will be travelling to neighbouring New Delhi, India, from January 15-18, to attend the Raisina Dialogue.
Post India visit she will travel to Islamabad, Pakistan, from January 19-22. She will meet with senior government officials and members of civil society to discuss issues of bilateral and regional concern.
