Dhaka, July 6 (BAN/ AD): Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina reached Bangladesh today after her five-day bilateral official visit to China, She had visited on invitation of Chinese PM. She came back on VVIP fight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines (BG-1723) and landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 1:40pm.
PM Hasina attended the annual meeting of World Economic Forum (WEF) in Dalian on July 2. She also had talks with Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang and met Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing on July 4 and 5 respectively.
All the Chinese high-ups expressed their interest to help Bangladesh in resolving the Rohingya crisis through convincing the Myanmar government and its leaders. Bangladesh and China have signed signed nine instruments, including two loan agreements, for further strengthening cooperation on power, water resources, culture and tourism sectors as well as for providing 2500 tons of rice for the displaced Rohingyas.
