Sri Lanka, 10th April 2019 – The Sri Lankan Power and energy Ministry have Stated that the country will be back to normal, with no power cuts from later on this evening.
Minister Ravi Karunanayake is tackling the energy crisis with a three pronged approach with short, medium, and long term plans and goals. 3000 to 4000 megawatts is the eventual goal to be reached by the minister over a considered period.
As a medium-term solution, existing power plants will be serviced regularly to maintain a good output of power.
